seller responds very dutifully and it arrived in a slow amount of time but you can't expect any more if you are ordering from halfway across the earth, hahaha. i bought this a couple months ago, wish i would have bought it early in the winter, it is very warm. i would go up 2 sizes instead of 1 if you have a very cranium-heavy skull like i do, but it's not so tight that you can't break it in.
