This bag is just beautiful and shipped earlier than I expected so I was happy! It is very fluffy and soft and my Maine Coon cat loves it! It’s bigger to get more things inside! There are no returns. I could not see the size of person carrying it. They’re usually very tiny and small? I would have appreciated more views. I do love it and it’s great quality! If you have a problem the owner is willing to work with you! You will get compliments! People will think you’re carrying a fluffy dog until they know better. If you love fur like I do, you will love this!
